General Regulations
- Passengers must notify us during the booking process if they plan to travel with a pet.
- Only small pets such as cats and dogs are allowed, and they must be transported in an airline-approved pet carrier.
- Pets must be at least 10 weeks old and in good health to travel.
In-Cabin Travel
- Small pets (up to 8 kg including the carrier) may travel in the cabin under the seat in front of you.
- The maximum dimensions for the pet carrier are 40 x 30 x 24 cm. The pet must remain inside the carrier throughout the flight.
- Only a limited number of pets are allowed in the cabin per flight, so early reservation is recommended.
Checked Baggage (Cargo Hold)
- Pets exceeding the in-cabin weight or size limits may travel in the aircraft’s pressurized and temperature-controlled cargo hold.
- Approved hard-shell pet containers must be used for this option.
Important Notes
- Passengers are responsible for all necessary health certificates, vaccination records, and travel documents required by the destination country.
- Certain breeds or animals may be restricted due to safety or health concerns.
- Pets showing signs of illness or aggression will not be accepted.
