Basra Airlines expects full compliance with IATA regulations and airline policies in all ticketing and related transactions carried out by IATA-accredited travel agencies. In cases where discrepancies, errors, or violations are identified due to agency-related actions, an Agency Debit Memo (ADM) may be issued to recover the applicable differences.
ADMs may be issued in the following cases:
- Fare, tax, or fee discrepancies
- Violations in refund, reissue, or cancellation procedures
- Incorrect commission applications
- Fraudulent or abusive practices
- Tickets associated with invalid or inactive reservations
ADMs are processed through the BSP system in accordance with IATA’s procedures. Agencies have the right to dispute an ADM within the specified timeframe by providing a written explanation. Unresolved disputes may be escalated through IATA’s dispute resolution mechanisms.
Basra Airlines is committed to maintaining fair, transparent, and cooperative relationships with its agency partners. Therefore, it is essential that all agencies adhere strictly to IATA rules, published fares, and airline procedures.
